“I don’t know why Expedia has such a high rating. The hotel is out of date. Room was not good. Staining on lamp shades, weird. Floors and cabinets were worn. Staining on chairs. Worst bed I have ever had in a hotel. I had to force the check-in attendant to smile. Never again and you should avoid this place until a complete update.”

“I only stayed one night, so not much to say. Staff was great, bed was awesome, shower could use some maintenance and more amenities are always welcome. Clean and comfy”

“Fine for a night in Hays. Nothing special, nothing bad. Well none of us would touch the breakfast. Probably what most would expect for this type of motel.”

“Parking was easy. Room was cleaned, however we didnt have hot water for the 2 days of our stay. I Was told I will receive a full refund, but didn't. Will not be staying at this hotel again. Very disappointed with the management staff.”

“I stood here for work and the front desk staff is extremely nice and helpful. The beds are comfy and the room was clean. The only complaint I have is the bathroom was not very clean. I had to buy a scrubber, Clorox and a bath mat and clean it really good prior to taking a shower or using. Aside from that everything else was clean and it's a good place to stay.”

Hampton showed me as a no show and couldn’t find new booking. Luckily I had email showing correct date and I got a room, because they were totally booked ”

“Rude staff at the check in desk. Condescending and disrespectful. I knew as soon as I saw the large cross hanging from her neck I had no chance to get a room. Their advertisement on Expedia said pet friendly but it’s not . No cats allowed at all and no more than 2 dogs which was not what Expedia had listed. Glad we dodged that and decided to get as far away from Kansas as possible.”

“Bathroom toilet wouldn't flush. Bathroom sink didn't drain. Dead cricket in bathroom. Bedding smelled like strong chemicals”

“Our stay was last moment and I’m so glad I found this perfect spot! The host was amazing with great communication. The Tiny home was very clean and immediately comfortable!! We loved the feel of being on the “Plains” and the open but quietness of the set up! We will be back! 10 Stars! ”
